PABLO SPANISH BEEF CHISTORRA (MUST COOK)
Pablo beef chistorra is a semi-cured chorizo, which must be cooked before you eat. This typical Spanish tapa is easy to prepare sauteed with a few cloves of garlic, pearl onions, rosemary, and basil. Once cooked through, simply cut and serve on bread, with a healthy pour of the lightly-spiced juices from the chistorra.
