Description

Truffle blue-cheese, creamy and soft, easily spreadable. The
taste is delicate and the blue veins are homogeneous in the
product. The overall flavor combines the sweetness of the
cheese with the typical taste of the truffle.

INGREDIENTS:
Cheese: COW’S MILK , salt, rennet.
Black truffle: 5% – Tuber aestivum vitt.- (Truffle min. 80%, water, salt, aroma).
Milk Origin: Italy
