Deep garnet red in colour with fine bouquet and pleasant scents of spiced rose and liquorice. The flavour is dry, warm, full-bodied and balanced with pronounced tannins and a persistent aftertaste. Pair it with flavourful dishes such as Prime Rib, Rib Eye Steak, Osso Buco,  Veal Chops, Roasted Goose and Venison Stew and any truffle dish.
